Professional-Grade Materials, Guaranteeing Maximum Quality
We build stickers and labels to solve real-world problems and last. Every layer—from facestock to adhesive and liner—is chosen for performance, color fidelity, and easy removal (where required). This curated approach means we're offering a wide choice of options and, with it, the right solutions customizable for professional use in various settings.
- Diverse Material Options: Our portfolio includes a wide range of materials to suit any application. For cost-effective indoor use on product packaging or promotions, we offer standard paper stickers with a crack-and-peel backing for easy application. For long-term, durable outdoor applications, our vinyl stickers are waterproof and UV-resistant, making them versatile for signage and decals. They work greatly in tandem with fabric banners for the brand visibility, especially at large trade shows where keeping the eyes on you for a prolonged amount of time can be tough. You can also opt for frosted adhesive vinyl if you’re looking for a more elegant look of etched glass, perfect for creating privacy or decorative graphics on glass partitions.
- Specialized Adhesive Technology: We offer multiple adhesive types tailored to specific surfaces. Our high-tack adhesive vinyl is specifically formulated to bond securely to notoriously difficult surfaces like powder-coated metals and low-energy plastics, a feature a professional would recognize as a significant advantage. We also have a removable adhesive grey back vinyl which is 100% opaque, allowing you to cover up existing graphics without any visual bleed-through, saving your client time and labor costs during an update.
- Clarity and Protection: For graphics that need to be viewed from the outside but installed on the inside of a window, we offer a specialized white vinyl sticker arlon - front side adhesive. This protects the graphic from weather and vandalism, extending its life and pristine appearance.
From Promotions to Operational Tools: We Built Our Portfolio On Versatility
Our catalog is built for the real mix of requests you field—short-run promos, seasonal refreshes, compliance marks, and everyday operational IDs. We bring you functional, application-specific pieces, not just print labels. Every product is specified for print fidelity, durability, and clean application on common substrates.
- Temporary and Reusable Solutions: For short windows and rotating offers, our static cling stickers grip smooth glass using static, not glue—apply, reposition, remove, and reuse with zero residue. They’re ideal for retail windows, bank branches, and automotive showrooms. For high-impact storefronts, choose perforated vinyl: full-coverage graphics to the street, while staff and customers maintain outward visibility from inside. Both options install quickly, handle seasonal turnover without headaches, and let you deliver polished results on tight timelines. Ask about custom die-cuts, panel sizing, and kitting services for multi-store rollouts.
- Functional & Specialized Products: We provide stickers that serve a purpose beyond branding. Our stickers with numbering/code can be used for inventory tracking, asset management, or for adding scannable QR codes for marketing campaigns. For safety and high-visibility applications, our reflective vinyl is an engineering-grade film that is perfect for safety signage or emergency vehicle graphics. We also offer floor graphics with an optional non-slip lamination, addressing critical safety concerns for your clients' retail promotions.
- Integrated Capabilities: Our product catalog is designed to make it easy for you—our partner—to come up with integrated solutions when your clients demand it. It means you can easily source other items, like vinyl banners for advertising, from a single, reliable partner, ensuring brand color consistency across all your client's materials. From memorable, flashy flags to sturdy, colorful canopy tents to slick and professional step and repeat banner printing, we’ll handle it all to the highest quality.

FAQ
What is the fundamental difference between your Paper, Vinyl, and Static Cling products?
-
Well, they all serve a different purpose for one—so they’re all quite different from each other and used in different environments. They cover each others’ backs, if you will. Paper stickers (80-lb adhesive stock) are the most vulnerable to the environment and easily damaged by moisture—but on the other hand they’re great for displaying vivid and bright colors and the most budget-friendly option where environment isn’t that big of an issue—think shipping boxes, pricing, or barcodes. Vinyl stickers are largely seen as the workhorse option: they’re far more resilient than paper stickers, waterproof and UV-resistant and often used on vehicles, equipment, windows, and outdoor signage. Static cling stickers are the biggest investment, but they’re also the ones that deliver the most: these stickers skip adhesive altogether and grip to the material with static. They go on in seconds, peel off cleanly, and—most appealingly—can be reused leaving zero residue. If you’re unsure which option works best for your specific projects, get in touch with our team with the details about the surface and dwell time—we’ll do our best to help you choose the most suitable option.
What is the difference between static and adhesive stickers?
-
An adhesive sticker is probably what you imagine when talking about a sticker in the first place: it uses some time of glue—often permanent, sometimes removable—to attach to a surface. These stickers are always designed for long-term applications and, as a standard, are not reusable—once they’re attached to a surface they stay there until taken off, and once they’re taken off they’re done.
In contrast, a static sticker doesn’t use glue, or any other adhesive material—it clings to a surface using static electricity. In contrast to adhesive stickers, static ones are often reusable which makes them ideal for temporary use. They do have a shortcoming—statick only attaches to smooth, clean surfaces, with glass being the most common option. You’ll often see static stickers on temporary window displays and point-of-purchase signs. A windshield static sticker is a pretty common example: a non-adhesive film that is easily attached to and removed from a car's window without leaving residue. A regular adhesive sticker, meanwhile, is the most common option for bumper stickers.
How to remove adhesive stickers?
-
Softening the adhesive with heat is the most common option that works for most surfaces. You can use a regular hair dryer: put it on medium setting and direct the heat towards the sticker for about 15-20 seconds. If the sticker doesn’t peel off, put the hair dryer on low and use it for an additional 10-15 seconds. Hold the dryer about 3 inches away from the surface, so that the heat doesn’t damage it. If the adhesive leaves any residue, a product like Goo Gone or isopropyl alcohol should do the trick.
How do I properly apply a large vinyl graphic to a surface?
-
Stickers, both paper and vinyl, have a nasty tendency of bubbling, if not applied properly. And it does look sloppy and cheap, if the vinyl bubbles—which is, frankly, not the sticker’s fault in most cases! So don’t hurry when applying.
First, check the surface—it should be perfectly clean and dry (wiping it with isopropyl alcohol should help).
If the graphic is large, we recommend using the "hinge method" instead of trying to apply it in one go: peel away a little tape at the top edge of the graphic. Stick it to the surface and make sure it doesn’t bunch or bubble. Then peel away a little more of the backing and use a squeegee to apply the graphic from the center outwards to push out air bubbles. Repeat several times over, until the entire graphic is safely and cleanly stuck to the surface.
If you have cutout lettering to handle, we provide transfer tape that’ll help you keep all elements perfectly aligned for a one-piece application.
How do I choose the right adhesive type for a specific surface?
-
First, you need to determine what kind of adhesive you need—permanent or temporary. From then on, you start incorporating materials into the equation, because no adhesive is fit for every single surface.
All for Signs’s stickers come with a standard permanent adhesive for strong, long-lasting bonds on smooth surfaces. But if you’ll be dealing with rarer, more challenging surfaces like low-energy plastics or powder-coated metals, you’ll need our high-tack adhesive that’s specifically formulated to ensure a secure bond where standard adhesives would fail.
Similarly, we offer removable adhesive products for temporary applications, like our removable adhesive grey back vinyl stickers that are designed to be removed cleanly without damaging the surface.
If you’re working with a non-standard surface and have trouble determining the optimal option—get in touch!
How durable are your vinyl stickers? Are they fit for outdoor use?
-
Our vinyl stickers are specifically engineered to act as a durable option when our clients need something for outdoor use and cannot rely on paper stickers surviving the environment.
For example, the standard Arlon DPF 510 vinyl stickers don’t even need to be laminated to maintain vibrant color for up to 2 years in a more sparing environment and up to a 1 in more extreme cases. We also offer specialized products like high-tack adhesive vinyl and white translucent backlit adhesive vinyl in case you need stickers to survive outdoors for an extended period — they can last up to 5 years.
Do you offer different cutting methods, like kiss-cut vs. die-cut?
-
Yes, we offer multiple cutting methods. Die-cut (or "Easy Shape Cutout") is the standard option if you ask us to make an individual, custom-shaped sticker, as it cuts completely through the vinyl and backing paper.
If you want multiple, easily peelable stickers on a single sheet, then we’ll make sticker sheets using a kiss-cut method. This way, we’ll only cut through the vinyl layer and leave the backing paper intact. It’s a great, budget-friendly option for promotional giveaways or sticker sheets.
What file formats and color modes are required for submitting artwork for optimal print quality?
-
For the best results, we recommend submitting artwork as vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). Vectors allow us to adjust and scale without losing image quality and precise cutting, which is crucial if you want us to deliver the quality we’ve promised with our wide format printing service. All artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode, a standard for adhesive sticker printing.
Keep in mind that if you submit the files in RGB (for screens) we’ll need to convert them to CMYK on our own which may lead to noticeable color shifts during static stickers printing
