Coroplast Yard Signs in Bulk

Coroplast Yard Signs in Bulk

In visual communication, few materials deliver more utility per dollar than Coroplast Corrugated Signs. It’s fluted polypropylene—plastic “cardboard” that’s feather-light yet tough. The twin-wall structure adds stiffness without weight, so it prints cleanly, travels easily, and installs with zip ties, H-stakes, or simple tape. It’s the industry go-to for temporary and semi-permanent signage: coroplast yard signs, real-estate listings, indoor price cards, POP displays, event wayfinding, etc.—name it, it’s been done.

Corrugated signs hit that sweet spot between being tough and being affordable. They stand up to weather far better than old-school poster boards and are much easier on the wallet than rigid metal signs. This lets your clients get their message out there in a big way without a huge upfront cost. For print resellers, marketing agencies, and sign shops, having a top-notch Coroplast sign service is a must. At All for Signs, we act as your exclusive, behind-the-scenes production team, giving you the quality, speed, and trade-only protection you need to serve your customers with total confidence.

Built to Last: Our Commitment to Quality Materials

We know that every sign you deliver to a client has your name on it. That’s why we take quality so seriously, controlling the entire production process in-house to make sure every coroplast sign board that leaves our facility is up to your demands. We’ve built our reputation on using the materials and printing technology that allow you to deliver a final product that looks fantastic.

  • The Right Materials: The high-quality, crack-resistant polypropylene used in our coroplast signs is naturally waterproof and holds its own against most oils and chemicals. It won’t get warped or mushy. Along with the industry-standard 4mm thickness we also offer a heavy-duty 10mm option: great for larger signs that need to stay flat or for durable A-frame inserts that see a lot of use.
  • Ready for Ink: Every sheet we use gets a Corona treatment, a special process that helps UV ink stick permanently. This is our secret to producing graphics that resist scratching and fading, ensuring the sign looks great for years to come.
  • Vibrant Print: We print your designs directly onto the coroplast using advanced digital printers and UV-cured inks. Ink is blasted with ultraviolet light, which hardens it into a tough, scratch-resistant layer. It gives our signs a sharp, vibrant look and helps them stand up to the environmental conditions. We use the same technology with our other durable products, including foamboards, vinyl banners, Acrylic signs, etc.
Beyond the Rectangle: Customization for Any Project

The real advantage of our Coroplast service is the freedom it gives you to create exactly what your client needs. We empower our trade partners to think outside the box and deliver solutions that are perfectly tailored to any project. From massive runs of campaign signs to unique branded cutouts, we have the tools and expertise to make it happen.

Check out the huge range of options available for your custom coroplast signs:

  • Any Size, Any Thickness: You can adjust signs to your specifics: select dimensions, thickness (versatile 4mm for most jobs, or the super-rigid 10mm for big signs or premium applications), and single or double-sided full-color printing.
  • Custom Shape Cutting: Forget boring squares. We can cut signs into simple geometric shapes, trace the contours of a logo, or even create intricate designs for things like life-size standees and novelty big head cutouts. These are fantastic for creating fun photo ops at events, where they perfectly complement larger backdrops like step and repeat banners.
  • The Flute Direction Trick: We know the little technical details that save you big headaches. You can specify the direction of the sign's internal channels, or "flutes." Choosing "Vertical for H-Stake" is crucial for yard signs, as it ensures the mounting stakes will slide in properly—a pro detail that prevents frustrating and costly reprints.
  • Specialty Products: Our coroplast signs also include a lineup of clever, ready-to-go solutions. Think 3D Bollard Covers that turn boring safety posts into ads, and fun Selfie Frames that are guaranteed to get some love on social media. For a different kind of indoor branding, particularly on glass surfaces, you might also want to look into frosted adhesive vinyl.

FAQ

So what exactly is Coroplast, anyway?

-

Coroplast is a type of plastic sheet made from fluted polypropylene, corrugated and twin-wall. Picture cardboard’s hollow channels, but in a waterproof, impact-tough polymer. The twin-wall flutes keep weight down while adding stiffness, so panels print flat, cut cleanly, and shrug off moisture and routine cleaners.

In the trade, “coroplast” is often shorthand for any corrugated PP sheet. It’s popular because it comes with a good balance of cost, durability, and versatility: yard signs with H-stakes, temporary exterior panels, indoor price cards, and event wayfinding all start with this material.

What’s the best way to install a coroplast sign?

-

For yard signs, use H-stakes with the flutes vertical; slide the prongs into the flutes and press the stake into soil. For chain-link or fences, add corner grommets and secure with zip ties or rope, spacing ties every 18–24 inches for wind. If you’re designing a booth, we’d advise you to look into our table covers printing service to create a clean, cohesive look.

For walls, mount through pre-drilled holes with screws and fender washers; on smooth substrates, high-bond foam tape works for short-term installs.

For glass, use suction-cup hooks; for metal, magnetic strips are an option. In windy areas, increase attachment points or back the panel with a rigid sheet (PVC/ACM).

How long will a Coroplast sign actually last outside?

-

Outdoors, coroplast sign lifespan comes down to sun and wind. Printed with our UV-cured inks, a standard 4 mm sign typically looks good for 12–24 months in ordinary conditions; shaded, temperate placements often go longer.

For best results outside, step up to thicker gauges for windy sites, mount to a rigid backing, and add a clear coat when abrasion—not UV—is the main concern.

Constant high UV (south-facing in hot climates) and flexing in strong winds noticeably shorten coroplast lifespan. Indoors, it lasts significantly longer, expect to get at least a few years out of it.

When should I use 4mm versus 10mm Coroplast?

-

Think of 4mm as your all-around MVP—it’s perfect for most jobs like yard signs and event directions. You’ll want to choose the much thicker and more rigid 10mm for larger signs that need to stay flat, for signs in windy spots, or for premium A-frame inserts.

If your client needs something even more sturdy and rigid for an indoor installation, you might suggest looking into PVC boards instead.

Why is "flute direction" such a big deal?

-

The "flutes" are the little tunnels that run through the sign. For a classic yard sign on an H-stake, those flutes must run vertically so the stake’s prongs can slide in. If they run the wrong way, the stake is useless. Getting this detail right from the start is key to a successful installation.

Flute direction determines how the panel mounts and flexes. H-stakes require vertical flutes; sideways flutes won’t accept the prongs. On fences or rails, horizontal flutes help limit sag and give cleaner tie points. It also affects stiffness in wind—panels bend more across the flutes than along them. Tell us the placement and hardware, and we’ll spec the direction on your quote so you’re not scrambling on install day.

What if my client needs something with high visibility at night?

-

Then, coroplast corrugated signs are not what they need—coroplast itself isn't reflective. If nighttime visibility is critical for the product—like in the case of safety signage on roads—they should opt for a different material, one specifically designed for nighttime application. For example, aluminum reflective signs would be one such appropriate solution to recommend to your client.

What if my client wants an illuminated sign instead?

-

Coroplast is a fantastic option for non-illuminated applications. Illumination, though, not so much. Coroplast corrugated signs are not designed to be the center of the display—they have their designation and they do fantastically with it. Making the brand pop amid a trade show among dozens, if not hundreds, of competitors, however, is not one such designation.

If your client is setting up a display for high-end indoor retail or trade shows, we'd recommend you suggest they look into signage that was actually created to make a brand stand out, like SEG or custom light boxes. They offer a sleek, frameless look with brilliant, even backlighting that takes branding to the next level.

What are your artwork requirements?

+

The resolution should be 150 DPI at the final, final print size. No need to add bleeds; just design your file to the exact final dimensions.

All artwork must be in CMYK color mode, with fonts converted to outlines (curves). Your images must be embedded in the file so that no elements are lost during processing. Make sure your files are in either .PDF, or .JPG, or .TIFF format—If you submit RGB files, be aware that there’s a high chance of color shift in the final print and we won’t be held responsible for it.
