Double-Sided Blockout Banner Ultra-Strong 18oz

Material Details:

Type: Heavy-duty blockout banner material for indoor and outdoor use.
Durability: Unique 1000D x 1000D 18x18 scrim provides exceptional strength and stability in harsh weather conditions.
Finish: Matte finish on both sides.
Width: Material width is 126". For larger sizes, sections are welded together seamlessly.
Applications: Ideal for outdoor pole banners and similar uses.

Production Notes:

Please note: vinyl material may shrink or expand slightly depending on temperature at the moment it’s measured.
As a result, final dimensions on large banners may vary by ±1–2 inches, which is standard within industry tolerance.

Kit Includes:

Fiberglass Arms: 2 durable fiberglass rods with end caps to secure your banner.
Mounting Brackets: 2 aluminum base brackets resistant to rust.
Steel Bands: 4 stainless steel bands for added stability.

Artwork Setup Instructions:

Set up artwork in size.

Bleeds are not required.

Ensure your files are in CMYK color mode.

We are not responsible for color shifts if your file contains PMS or RGB colors.
You may request a printed color swatch for color proofing.

Make sure to embed all imported images into the file.
Convert all live fonts to outlines.
Image resolution:

All images should be no more than 150 DPI at actual size.

Accepted file formats:

.PDF, .JPG, or .TIFF.
If you have more than one file to print, please upload compressed files (.zip).
