All for Signs is an exclusive trade partner that manufactures illuminated signages in-house. We have supported various industry professionals like print brokers, marketing agencies, and sign shops for years now, providing them with high-quality, durable custom signs to support their clients.
If you need a reliable production partner that doesn’t compete with you for your prospective clients’ attention—that’s us! Our entire business model is built with a focus on what matters to resellers: consistent quality, reliable turnaround time, protected margins, and versatility. We create the products for you while you work for your clients. And the clients are always happier when two professionals come together: tag-teaming the issue always leads to better results!
Quality Materials & Production Standards
We understand that each project reflects your professional standing with clients. So we always make sure to control every component that goes into each of the illuminated signs that goes into the production:
- Proven Materials: We’re very specific when selecting materials for each application—be it commercial acrylic that won't yellow, genuine tempered glass that resists scratches, authentic Max-metal for premium installations, or stable PVC that maintains dimensional integrity.
- Reliable Lighting: Our signs incorporate properly-rated LED systems with appropriate heat management and power regulation. This attention to component quality prevents the premature failures that damage client relationships.
- In-House Manufacturing: Working exclusively with trade professionals allows us to focus on production. We handle every step from start to finish at our Florida facility and are fully hands-on with every project. Having each project fully under our care allows us more control over the quality and direct oversight while eliminating the delays often associated with fragmented production chains.
Architectural & Retail Products
When designing a custom illuminated installation, especially one that should serve your client for a long time to come, make sure to work with a partner that’ll pay a particular attention to construction details (and yes, we consider ourselves such a partner and take great pride in it).
Here are the major lighted sign options we offer:
- Custom Acrylic Lightboxes: Basically the workhorses of retail and corporate environments. They feature color-accurate printing on translucent substrates. We match edge colors precisely to complement brand standards rather than distract from them.
- Double-Layered Solutions: The standard double-sided sign creates subtle dimensional depth that may be more suitable for conservative environments. The Halo variant adds sophisticated edge illumination. Neon treatments incorporate contemporary linear lighting, while Raised Logo configurations provide substantial physical dimension.
- Ultra-Slim Profiles: A great option when the sign needs to disappear into the surrounding rather than dominate it, while looking sophisticated, elegant, and modern at the same time. Our ultra-slim option is just 9mm thick, but comes with a sturdy aluminum frame with properly finished edges and corners that are attractive to the most design-conscious clients.
Event & Temporary Display Options
We know that when it comes to lighted signs, many clients require solutions that combine visual impact with ease of portability. If your client demands the same, here are some options we think you should explore:
- LED Neon Signs: A modern option that delivers the visual punch of glass neon but is more sturdy and consumes less power. Their manufacturing process allows tighter curves and more precise letter formation than traditional methods permit.
- Freestanding PVC Letters: These are substantial three-dimensional elements that create focal points for photography and can be very powerful for brand activation and memorability. The engineered base provides stability without requiring intrusive floor attachments or rigging.
- Compact Lightboxes: These are tabletop units that demand minimal space but effectively deliver messages on two sides. Their proportions suit human-scale interactions at registration desks and information stations.
All for Signs Partnership Fundamentals
We are exclusively a trade professional partner, and, as such structure our business practices around trade relationships requiring wholesale printing:
- Realistic Scheduling: Our standard production timeline is 7 days, which ordinarily suits most projects. In specific cases requiring tighter deadlines we can offer 3-day and next-day options. As our entire manufacturing process is handled in-house fully under our care, these commitments reflect actual production capacity, not wishful thinking.
- Complete Deliveries: Each sign arrives with all necessary operational components: matched adapters, appropriate controllers, and sufficient wiring to reach typical power sources. This completeness prevents last-minute installation complications.
- Channel Protection: We maintain wholesale exclusivity. Your clients remain yours; we never compete with our partners by pursuing direct sales. This boundary preserves your relationships and revenue.
Custom requirements beyond our standard specifications receive individualized attention from our project team. Partner with All for Signs for manufacturing support that respects your business model.

FAQ
What kind of materials do you use for your lightboxes, and which ones last longest in retail settings?
+
We offer several options. The thing is, while all materials we use are chosen with the idea that they should serve your clients for a long time to come, some environments suit their use better than others. So what materials we choose largely depends on the specific type of sign and the application.
For example, in retail environments durability matters most, so we recommend opting for tempered glass lightboxes—they easily resist scratches and impacts that would mark up acrylic. For standard indoor use, our acrylic options offer excellent clarity and color reproduction. The Max-metal frames we use in our raised logo signs handle daily abuse better than plastic alternatives.
Everything's selected based on what environment the client will be using the final product, not just what's cheapest to produce.
What's the real difference between your LED neon and old-school glass tubes? Worth explaining to my clients?
+
Easy: LED neon is practically indestructible compared to glass tubes. It won't shatter when someone inevitably bumps into them. It runs cool to the touch, uses about 80% less electricity, and doesn't contain gases that could leak.
Our LED neon allows for tighter bends and more intricate designs than traditional glass ever could, plus you get a remote to adjust brightness or create effects. When clients understand they're getting the neon look without the fragility, expense, and safety concerns, it's an easy sell.
Can we get those slim lightboxes with custom-colored frames, or are you stuck with standard aluminum?
+
The Super Slim series comes with the brushed aluminum frames—that's pretty much a trademark part of their architectural appeal. So we don't currently offer custom colors on these specific frames.
That said, if color matching is critical for your project, we can offer other options. Our Custom Acrylic Lightboxes should be a great fit in most such cases. They can have edges in literally any color to match brand standards. Another option you could check out is our Double-Layered series, they too are more flexible when it comes to frame materials and finishes.
Our client wants to put your acrylic lightbox in a semi-outdoor location (covered patio). Bad idea or workable?
+
Honest answer? Not ideal. Our standard lightboxes and their electrical components aren't rated for moisture exposure or temperature swings. Even under a covered patio, humidity and condensation will eventually find their way in. If they insist on this location, we'd need to look at a custom solution with proper weatherproofing and sealed electronics - which will significantly impact cost. For most patio situations, you're better off suggesting our non-illuminated options like the Free Standing PVC Letters with outdoor-rated graphics.
What exactly comes in the box with a neon sign order? Do we need to source power supplies separately?
+
Everything you need arrives ready to hang and power up. Each neon sign includes the fully assembled sign itself, power adapter with standard US plug, a remote controller for adjusting brightness, and a total of 9 feet of wiring (6ft transparent wire plus 3ft black wire) to reach power sources. The only thing not included is mounting hardware since installation methods vary widely. You and your client won’t be needing to hunt down compatible power supplies or controllers—we've matched everything to work properly with the specific LED load in each sign.
We received a sign with some minor issues on the edge. What's your process for handling this? How quick can we get it fixed?
+
Document the issue with clear photos and email our service team within 10 business days of receiving the sign. Include your order number and specific concerns. We'll review it ASAP, usually the very same day we receive your email.
If it turns out to be a legitimate manufacturing defect, we'll put a replacement in production, and make sure it gets priority in the queue over other orders. In this scenario, typically, the replacement ships within 3-5 business days.
If it’s a minor cosmetic issue and doesn't affect function, we won’t be outright replacing the entire sign, but may sometimes offer partial credits toward future orders, depending on the scope.
But do remember that the key to receiving proper compensation is prompt communication. If you don’t get in touch within 10 business days, we assume the product was accepted as-is and any further complaints will be discarded.
Do you double-check the design? The last supplier burnt us with a sign that looked nothing like what we expected.
+
We can provide email proofs IF REQUESTED - you can double-check the design to make sure it’s exactly as you need it to be.
If you ask for it, once you submit the artwork and place your order—our pre-press team will generate a digital version to demonstrate exactly how the final sign will look. You then have to review and approve this proof and only then will we put it into manufacturing.
If a project is more complex—like multi-color neon or dimensional signs—we can provide multiple views if needed.
How do you handle shipping when a sign is too big for UPS? Our client needs a 4x6 foot display delivered to Chicago next month.
+
Anything larger than 24" x 36" goes freight, no exceptions - UPS simply won't take them. For some locations, we can arrange LTL freight shipping with proper crating to protect the piece, but do check in with our team if this option is available for your area.
If it is, we need about 7-10 days lead time for freight deliveries to account for carrier schedules. Let us know if your client has a loading dock or if this needs residential delivery with liftgate service—different rates apply. But if the client opts for it, rest assured, the order will be handled with necessary care. We've got established relationships with reliable carriers that handle our oversized shipments daily.
What factors push the price up most on a custom sign? Trying to help clients understand why certain features cost more.
+
Size is the biggest factor - materials and LED components scale directly with square footage. Complexity adds cost - intricate neon bends, multiple colors in one sign, or custom cutout shapes all require additional labor. Premium materials like tempered glass versus standard acrylic affect pricing. Production speed matters too - our next-day rush option costs more because we literally rearrange our production schedule. Specialized features like RGB color-changing capabilities or double-stroke neon thickness add components that increase costs. If the budget is tight, we can usually suggest alternatives that deliver similar impact at lower price points.
Why should I use you folks instead of those direct-to-consumer online neon shops my clients keep finding?
+
Just from the top of our head, we can offer three big reasons:
First, we're strictly trade-only—we'll never steal your clients by selling directly to them once you've introduced them to our products.
Second, our production scope and quality matches our ambitions—order sizes and quality are calibrated for commercial applications, not bedroom decorations. We're building signs meant for years of daily use in public spaces.
Third, we are capable of adjusting to rush timelines and business needs—when your client has an event in a week, we can actually deliver, not just promise and apologize later. We're built to be your production partner, not your competition.
