Exclusively B2B Production of Custom Signs

We don’t serve retail. That’s your prerogative. We partner with sign shops, print brokers, marketing agencies and other businesses that need to deliver various custom signs to various clients with various needs.

It’s a direction we deliberately chose to make focusing on the printing process itself easier. It allows us to offer guaranteed trade-only pricing and services like blind shipping directly to your clients. You, on the other hand, can count that you won’t have to spend time and resources checking all the minutiae protecting your client relationship and brand integrity.

In House Advantages: Quality & Speed

We, you and us, are in this together. We divide (the labor) and conquer (the market). You focus on the clientele and we focus on production. And, as with all things, when every step of the production is handled by dedicated professionals, the process is all the more efficient and the results are all the better for it.

From the first print to the final trim, everything happens under our roof. We have total control of the process so we can guarantee quality and offer the flexible turnarounds your projects demand.

We’ll be so bold as to claim that currently we’re among the leading providers of wholesale printing services in Florida, with our facility always ready to handle your most challenging jobs, and with a flexible production turnaround that could save your deadlines.

There’s a high chance that partnering with us will allow you to offer your clients more options, and all without having to invest in any new equipment.

Our product range carries dozens of product types —from durable outdoor MaxMetal signs and vibrant vinyl banners to sophisticated fabric lightboxes and custom displays—meaning you can confidently tackle any project, big or small, even if you’ve never had to do anything similar before. That’s what it means to partner with All for Signs—you don’t have to be afraid of stumbling because we’re a solid foundation to stand on.

Most of our trade partners tend to come to us with certain questions. Which is entirely fair! While we don’t doubt you’ll still have a fair few when getting in touch, we tried to make it a little easier before you get started. Here you’ll find direct answers to the most common questions about our processes, materials, and partnership model, so you have a clear initial picture of how we do things.

What requirements should the artwork satisfy for files to be print-ready?

You need to submit all artwork in CMYK color mode for the files to be considered print-ready—the sooner you get the files to us in the right format, the more seamless and highest-quality the production process will be.

If you provide files in RGB or with specific Pantone (PMS), those colors will be automatically converted, which may cause color shifts. We cannot be responsible for that. For raster images, resolution should be no more than 150 DPI at the final print size.

It is also critical to convert all fonts to outlines before you submit the images, this’ll prevent font substitution errors.

We accept files in .PDF, .JPG, or .TIFF formats. It’s highly likely that files that do not meet these standards will require corrections and subsequent mandatory proof approval.

Do you offer creative design services for our clients?

We focus on working exclusively with trade professionals. All for Signs is set up to be a high-quality production partner, not a design firm. If we were to offer creative services, it would place us in direct competition with our prospective partners, which is not the goal. The goal is to empower our clients to expand their service offerings. We, on the other hand, are responsible for creating the high-quality custom signs your clients are asking for by engaging state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities. You manage the design and client relationship; we handle the expert printing and production. In the end, we both win!

How are you going to be proofing the submitted artwork?

We know that our partners always do their best to provide compliant, print-ready artwork, but we’re all human and mistakes happen. This is why proofing artwork is a key step before the designs go into print.

If it turns out that a submitted file requires technical correction (e.g., color mode conversion, resolution adjustments), a team member will get in touch before sending it to production

If you feel that precise coloring is non-negotiable for your project, we strongly recommend requesting a printed color swatch for physical approval - it may seem like an extra step, but it will guarantee the final product meets your client’s brand standards. In this case, going a little further will help avoid trouble in the future.

Do you provide design templates? What about technical guidelines?

Yes, in certain cases we can provide downloadable product templates to streamline your design process (that said, sometimes our product templates may not fit your specific project. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to say if a template fits or not until we know the details).

If our templates fit, then it’s good news all around, because they are pre-set with the correct dimensions, bleed, and safe zones to prevent critical design elements from being trimmed during finishing.

We highly recommend using vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, or editable .PDFs) for logs and text - if it turns out we need to scale size, the format will ensure neither loses sharpness and adjusts to changing dimensions well. We defer to you, when it comes to the designs, but we do know that effective signage hinges on simplicity, high contrast between text and background, and clean, legible fonts. We simply cannot create effective custom signs for businesses that capture attention and communicate a clear message, if you don’t provide properly formatted designs.

How do you handle Pantone (PMS)? What about other, specific brand colors?

All for Signs calibrates the workflow for the CMYK color process. All files—be it Pantone (PMS) or RGB profiles—must be submitted in CMYK. Any other color profiles are automatically converted, which can sometimes create trouble—colors may shift during this conversion. The easiest way to avoid this is, of course, converting the specific colors you’re working with to CMYK and in case you notice discrepancies, accordingly adjust before submitting artwork.

But the only way you can be 100% sure if the colors are an exact match is to order a printed color swatch before we start the full-scale production run. This may delay your timeframes slightly, but you (and, more importantly, your client) will be able to see exactly how the colors translate on the chosen substrate.

What are your most durable materials? What materials should I choose for long-term outdoor applications?

All options All for Signs offers for our custom outdoor signs have been tested in combat, so to speak. They’re all quite durable and you can expect the final product to serve your clients for quite some time.

So the question of ideal materials is less about durability (they all are, to a certain point), but rather what type of signs your client needs and the kind of environment they expect to put them up in.

If they’re looking to print flexible signage, we’d recommend double-sided blockout vinyl—it’s an exceptionally tough, weather-resistant option for long-term outdoor use. If the signs are going to be put in high-wind areas, recommend mesh vinyl—it’ll allow the wind to pass through, reducing strain.

On the other hand, if the client is in need of rigid signs, the best option (at least in our humble opinion) would be MaxMetal (an aluminum composite). It’s a versatile and highly durable choice that can stand up to most weather conditions, and provides a premium finish to boot.

What are the typical lifespans of the sign materials you work with?

It’s important to remind your clients that the sign longevity doesn’t depend solely on the material. Other factors, such as the intensity and frequency of use, placement (indoor vs. outdoor), and exposure to elements like sun and rain play a huge role. If the sign is used infrequently and solely indoors, it’ll last much longer than a sign that is used 24/7 outdoors. Materials cannot do much to change that, only expand the lifespan.

All for Signs does choose its materials very carefully and we print with high-quality, UV-cured inks to ensure the signs remain vibrant as long as possible, but we cannot give more specific answers than the average industry estimates:

  • Indoor Signs: 10+ years in a controlled environment.
  • Outdoor Metal/Composite (MaxMetal): 5-10+ years.
  • Outdoor Vinyl Banners: 3-5 years with proper installation.
  • Coroplast Yard Signs: 1-2 years, best for short-term use.

What are the main materials you work with? What types of signs is each primarily used for?

Choosing the right material is key to a successful project. Here is a summary of our most popular options:

  • Vinyl Banner: The most flexible and, frequently, the most popular material choice that fits many of the signs we print. We offer it in 13oz (all-purpose), 18oz blockout (double-sided/heavy-duty), and 11oz Mesh (windy locations) options.
  • Fabric Banner: On the flip side, the most vulnerable among our offerings. Not a good fit for outdoor signs, but ideal for high-end indoor applications. Due to the non-reflective, elegant finish, it’s a popular choice for trade show backdrops and retail displays that often need to be photographed.
  • MaxMetal/Aluminum: A prime choice when clients require durable rigid signs. A premium material, it’s an aluminum composite perfect for permanent outdoor building signs, parking signs, and durable displays.
  • PVC Boards: A more budget-friendly option for rigid signs, it’s often the alternative to go with if the rigid signs need to be displayed indoors vs. outdoors. PVC is a smooth, solid plastic material. It’s much lighter than MaxMetal but still very durable, if not constantly battered by harsh weather conditions and will serve your clients for quite some time.
  • Coroplast: The go-to budget-friendly material for temporary signage that needs to be used short-term. Many of our partners are looking for coroplast signs wholesale on their clients’ behalf, as it's among the most economical choices for yard signs and event campaigns.
  • Acrylic & Foamboard: Acrylic signs come with a glass-like finish, while Foamboard is comparatively lightweight. They’re often the preferred choice for indoor signs that need to have a more high-end, elegant effect than PVC or coroplast.
  • If necessary, All for Signs can also provide specialty illuminated products, including fabric lightboxes and custom neon signs.

What lamination and finishing options does All for Sign offer?

It depends on the sign. When it comes to large-scale signs, indoor or outdoor, finishing comes with the material - the type of material you choose, the type of finish you get.

But when it comes to 18PT cardstock items (e.g., flyers, brochures, premium menus). All for Signs has several options you can choose from. It’ll allow you to customize the exact effect you want the small signage to have on people that’ll take them in hand:

  • Crystal Clear Gloss Lamination: A great option if you want to emphasize the colors. Gloss lamination makes colors pop and comes with a bonus of a durable, wipeable surface.
  • Matte Lamination: If great readability is the primary objective, then matte lamination is the best choice. The non-glare finish improves readability under bright lights. And it creates quite a refined effect, if we say so ourselves.
  • Soft Touch Lamination: If your client wants the cardstock item in question to present their business as a high-end, premium endeavour, this is likely the best option. Soft touch lamination creates a unique velvety texture that is very pleasant to touch, and also adds significant resistance to wear.

How should the client care and maintain your print products?

If your client wants to extend their custom signs’ lifespan, they should properly care for them. It would not be remiss for you to remind them, based on the materials their signs will be printed with.

While polyester table covers and fabric banners are machine washable, they will last much longer and maintain their vibrant colors better if washed only on a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. It’s best if they can be hung to dry, but if there’s no other option but using the dryer, put it on a low-tumble mode.

Rigid signs (MaxMetal, PVC, Coroplast) and vinyl banners might be made from tougher materials, but the more carefully they’re handled, the longer they’ll last - instruct the client to use a soft cloth with mild soap and water.

They should avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive tools, or pressure washers, as these all can damage the print. Vinyl banners should always be rolled with the print-side out, never folded, to prevent permanent creasing.

How does your wholesale pricing model work?

As an exclusive trade-only printer, we provide guaranteed wholesale pricing to our registered partners. This pricing is not available to the public. To access our rates, you must create an account on our website. The final cost of a project is determined by material, size, quantity, and the selected production turnaround time. We offer discounted tiers for more flexible deadlines, such as our 7-day production option, allowing you to manage your margins effectively when quoting clients.

What are your standard production turnaround times?

Our in-house production facility in Hollywood, FL, enables us to offer reliable, fast turnarounds. We offer several speeds to meet your project deadlines:

  • Next Day Rush: Artwork submitted by 12:00 PM (NOON) EST is ready for shipping/pickup by 6:00 PM EST the next business day.
  • 3 Days Standard: Orders are ready within three business days.
  • 7 Days (Discounted): A budget-friendly option for non-urgent projects, ready within seven business days. Please note these timeframes are for production only (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) and do not include shipping transit time.

Do you offer installation or blind shipping services?

Our expertise is in manufacturing and printing; we do not offer on-site installation services. However, to protect your client relationships, we offer a blind shipping service. We can ship orders directly to your end client with no All for Signs branding on the packaging, making the process appear seamless from your business. The final installation is managed by you or your designated local installer.

How do you handle local sign permitting?

Securing permits is the responsibility of the local trade partner or installer managing the project. As a nationwide manufacturer, we are not involved in the local permitting process, as regulations on sign size, placement, and materials vary significantly between municipalities. The local professional is best equipped to navigate these ordinances. Our role is to manufacture the sign to the exact specifications you provide.

What is your policy on returns, reprints, or order issues?

We guarantee our products are free from manufacturing defects. If you have a concern, you must contact us in writing within 10 business days of receiving the order. After this window, the job is considered satisfactory. If we determine a product is defective due to a manufacturing error, we will offer either a rush reprint of the order or a full refund of the original price. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. For orders cancelled after production has started, a fee will apply based on the job's status, with the balance returned to your account as reward points.
